Our Story
It started with a pop.
For more than twenty years Saffron Biotech has been the quiet force behind some of the world’s favourite personal-care and beverage brands—formulating, manufacturing and shipping products to over 100 countries. We’ve built a reputation for precision and reliability, but we’ve always had a playful side.
During one of our R&D sessions, a simple question sparked something bigger: “What if we could bottle the joy of that first boba pop, and make it easy for cafés and brands everywhere?”
That spark became Zubi Dubi.

Today, Zubi Dubi is where serious food science meets pure fun. Our team of food technologists and flavour artists design chef-quality popping boba pearls that burst with fruit, colour and excitement—while meeting the strictest global food-safety standards.
